Are you a front-end developer that loves to code in SCSS and loves all things responsive? Or a designer who wants to learn more about Style Tiles? If so, then this session will demonstrate how to use Style Tiles as a design deliverable and incorporating web-based style tiles into your client process.
In this session, I will walk through how to create web-based style tiles using Zurb’s Foundation, a front-end framework. Using SCSS and Drupal HTML code inserted into the Foundation code, these style tiles allow you to create a look and feel for your Drupal site while at the same time give you the opportunity to write SCSS code and mixins for your Drupal theme. The end-product is also responsive!
The following are some of the Drupal elements that you can style using these web-based style tiles: site headers, site fonts, link style and colors, blocks, pager elements, drupal tabs,
form elements, buttons, tags.
This session will be interactive, and you will be given a git repo to download and explore during the session.
